We don't have terms and conditions, because we don't need them. They are subject to BGB anyway and we don't intend to start anything beyond the law.
We just like to point out that in case of delivery the terms and conditions of the particular delivery service have to be mentioned. DHL e.g. excludes liability in the event of delay, even at express delivery, so of course we have to do that either.
Right of withdrawal
Since theses are produced on customer's specification, they aren't subject to the right of withdrawal (§ 312d IV Nr. 1 BGB). The legal right of withdrawal therefore can't be applied to goods produced by diploma services.
